Carol Malinky - WebsiteCarol Malinky, our Event Director,  has been an Event / Meetings Professional for over 15 years.  Her career experience includes creating, producing, organizing, managing and promoting unique and memorable events, conferences, seminars, trade shows, sales and training meetings, incentive meetings, awards events, association meetings, experiential events and media events which exceeded client / company expectations.

Carol has packaged and sold sponsorships, initiated cross promotional opportunities, determined site selection, researched hot topics, determined celebrities and speakers, managed budgets, negotiated hotel and vendor contracts, wrote scripts and determined production elements, worked with registration, travel and housing for attendees, determined food and beverage, decor, and strategy.

She has worked with such clients/companies as Mercedes-Benz, Capital One, Colgate-Palmolive, Remington, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Aegon Insurance, RCI, Stryker, Children’s Specialized Hospital, and the New York Food & Wine Festival to name a few.

Carol has an outgoing personality and has managed and motivated teams from 5 – 150 staff and volunteers.
