This is NOT YOUR MAMA’S ORIENTATION…Do you want your conference attendees to get the most out of your event? Do you have a multitude of educational sessions, exhibitors, networking, and special events? Have you ever heard someone say that they wish they had known about a certain tour or that they missed a dynamic speaker?

This conference orientation is designed to help attendees navigate the meeting, convention or exposition so that they don’t miss a thing. But, don’t be confused. This is NOT your Mamma’s Orientation.  We take a unique approach to this approximately two hour session through interactivity and actual tours.

What our services include:

  1. A unique handout that guides attendees through writing their story and goal setting for the event
  2. Pre-event coordination and onsite facilitation of the session
  3. Networking activity during the session
  4. Interactive, game-like tour of the event, using a photographic goosechase technology
  5. Marketing verbiage for promotional purposes
  6. Social media promotion of the session (blog, video, etc)
